Responsibility & Requirements
General Summary
You’re expected to work with oversea counterpart team to provide deep level support to HPSX, and engaged for HPSX development during software development lifecycle. Play as senior technical support engineer for HP Service Exchange product and key component: Biztalk; English and communication skills capable to manage technical staff with HP global teams; problem solving orientated and process driven.
Job Descriptions
* Provide technical proposal and solution to support HP Service Exchange
* Design, develop and support Biztalk key component orchestration, pipeline, business rule, role link, map etc.
* Deep level support for service exchange between OVSC, WFM, Remedy, BLT etc
* Proactively identifies/monitors HPSX performance/incident trends, manages and mitigates risks for HPSX operation
* Take problem, change management for HPSX
* Strong technical leadership for shadowing HPSX support team
Qualification
* Bachelor degree or above in Computer, Telecommunication, EE or other related fields
* Must owns 1+ years of deep level Biztalk based product/project development and/or support related experience
* At least 3-5 years experience of .NET, C#
* Extensive knowledge about Web Services/XML/XSLT
* Fluent English written/spoken proficiency.
* Problem solving and process driven
* Knowledge for ITIL/ITSM process will be plus
