Responsibilities
1. Participate in the design, development and testing of software solutions based on client requirements
2. Ensure quality and on time delivery
3. Follow HP’s CMMI level 5 software development process, and participate in the process improvement activities
4. Ensure excellent customer service
5. Support pre-sale activity
Requirements/ Qualifications
1. At least 4 years of J2EE development experience
2. Knowledgeable in latest J2EE technologies in software engineering
3. Experience in system architecture of J2EE projects is a strong plus.
4. Knowledgeable in software development life cycle and quality processes
5. Experience of developing manufacturing  system is a plus
6. Strong requirement analysis skill. Familiar with common requirement gathering methods.
7. Strong software design capability, familiar with OO analysis and design methods and tools.
8. Strong programming skill in J2EE (JSP, Struts, Servlet, EJB, J2EE Patterns, Hibernate).
9. Familiar to UML and other mainstream development and design tools.
10. Database skill on Oracle / MySQL /SQL-Server is must.
11. Skill on J2EE Application Server (Websphere, Weblogic and Tomcat) is must.
12. Experience in SCM, MRP and APS is a plus.
13. Strong English communication capability, speaking and written.
