Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
· Reviewing and providing feedback of application design specifications.
· Test application to make sure that they are created as designed in the design specification.
· Design and execute testing plans for applications to be tested.
· On-time deliver testing documents like test plan and design etc.
· Coordinating and helping other feature and unit testers of the group as needed.
· Analyze, debug and report software defects, either independently or with QA/development
peers.
· Actively participate in establishing project plans, estimating work and monitoring progress
against goals.
· Collaborate with software developers, QAs from other teams and product designers in the
United States and other worldwide engineering sites.
Requirements:
· BS or Master of mechanical, process or instrumentation, structural and facility engineering
or engineering related field or equivalent degree/experience.
· 2-3 years of working experience or above with plant or piping related industrial is
preferred.
· Experience with AutoCAD or any other vertical software is a must.
· Working experience with at least one Microsoft operating system like XP or Vista is must.
· Good working experience with products like Microsoft Office is highly preferable.
· Work independently and requires high degree of focusing on details with patience.
· Strong communication skills in spoken and written English. Must be able to articulate
technical or industrial idioms in English. Must be able to communicate with worldwide
team workers in English.
· Strong interests in working with CAD products.
· Must have the ability to work in a team environment and with people worldwide.
· Self-starter - willing to take on and champion new initiatives.
