Requirement:
Be responsible to build a team on Sterling Commerce
Will deploy sterling Commerce MCS solution implementation, supporting, business requirements collection and analysis; the competence transforming business requirements into IT solutions.
Qualification:
• Bachelors Degree or college diploma, preferably in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or similar with 3-5 years experience in a related field. (must have)
• Familiar with sterling commerce Multi-Channel Selling, Comergent e-commerce solution
• Experience in sterling Commerce MCS solution implementation, supporting, business requirements collection and analysis; the competence transforming business requirements into IT solutions.
• State-of-the-art solution architecture design with object-oriented analysis/design as well as the common design patterns. Be able to use Rational Rose or other tools to model
• familiar with B2B, B2C, order management, CRM, and similar IT solutions and related business.
• Must be self-motivated and demonstrate strong ability to manage task priority and multiple projects concurrently..
• Ability to think creatively and collaborate with international teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Work, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills as well as clearly articulate technical issues both written and verbally.
• Customer service oriented, i.e. patience and politeness with demanding customers.
• Good command of English (must have)
