Common description:
You’re expected to work in a local/remote technical team to build/develop the HP OpenView Service Center/Service Manager products. The team is dotted-line reporting to worldwide sponsor, play as key driving forces to delivery solution releases during whole software engineering lifecycle.

Job Description
* Develop and build HP OpenView Service Center/Service Manager products.
* Software development using JavaScript and application-specific language.
* Database development and management.
* Web Service development and management.
* Responsible for development, unit testing, packaging and documentation.
      
Qualifications
* Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience, but highly prefer a Masters or graduate degree.
* 3+ years working experience on software development for Bachelors
(If on board location is Shanghai, 4 + years working experience is required)
* 1+ years working experience on software development for Masters
(If on board location is Shanghai, 2 + years working experience is required)
* Fluent English communication skills both verbal and written
* Strong technical experience on Database: SQL, Oracle
* Strong technical experience on JavaScript
* Technical experience on HP Service Center/Service Manager, HPSX is a BIG plus
* Technical experience on Web Service, Java, .Net, C#, C++ can be a plus
* Extensive Knowledge on ITIL/ITSM
