Sr. Software Engineer I (Java development, all lifecycle phases)

The developers should have experience in all aspects of the development lifecycle including requirements determination, design, development, and testing. The developers will be required to follow EDS best practices (GAD QMS) and use EDS standard development tools including Borland CaliberRM, Borland StarTeam, and HP Quality Centre which are centrally hosted in the US. All of the developers should have experience in large, complex applications. None of the developers should be ’new to the job’. 
Availability is required in off hours on a regular basis so that individuals from various parts of the global team can work together and have team meetings.  Strong English verbal and written skills are required.

On Board Location: Wuhan

Job Description:
The entire development team will be moving to a Best Shore location and consists of six developers and one leader. The development team is responsible for the following applications:
1)     AeTLAS, the AET License and Administration System
2)     Borland StarTeam custom workflow
3)     HP Quality Center custom workflow
4)     Borland migration utilities
5)     Reporting Services which consists of custom reports for AeTLAS, StarTeam, CaliberRM, and Quality Center
6)     Utilities that integrate between the above systems 

Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience, but highly prefer a Masters or graduate degree.
* 5+ years working experience on software development for Bachelors
* 3+ years working experience on software development for Masters
* Fluent English communication skills both verbal and written
* Strong technical experience on Database: Oracle
* Technical experience on Web Service, .Net, C#, C++ can be a plus
* Extensive Knowledge on ITIL/ITSM
